The scoping line is the whole idea of the screen: a private dashboard is the marketplace narrowed to one event and one roster. Whether that narrowing is a filter over existing data or a genuinely separate space is the practical shape of Decision 1.

This table is where step 6 and the Monthly Private Network Transaction Reports roadmap item meet. That item's v0.1 was written with nothing on record but its name, and it guessed "private network" meant a supplier's standing roster. If this screen is right, the report is this table on a schedule — the same body of work, one in-app and one periodic. That is Decision 6, and it decides whether that package folds in here or stays on its own.

Three of the six are not in the network. A dashboard that reports "6 organizations" would be wrong, and the count in the tiles above says 3. The board draws invited and joined as separate states; this is what that separation costs every number on the screen.
v0.2: suppliers appear as members with a role, not as outside parties. That is what makes step 5 an act inside the network rather than a disclosure into it — and it is why Decision 7 gets harder: the supplier is publishing to a roster it does not own.
